2nd: Tea poached pheasant, king trumpet mushrooms, citrus  w/ Apollo and Dionysus
3rd: Cedar roasted Sturgeon, asparagus, spring onions, caviar cream w/  Cedarbaumbier
4th: Pan roasted Duck Breast, pea spatzle, foie gras, rhubarb w / New World Bruin
5th: Chocolate and sunchoke ice cream cake w/ Alan from the Wood 2012
