We prepare our food with the community in mind. Choosing seasonal organic produce and ingredients grown in our own backyard. Composting food waste to lessen our impact. Using environmentally conscious vendors to reduce our carbon footprint. We do this because we’re committed to making the people we serve happier and healthier.
